Job summary

Franklin Templeton seeks a senior institutional liquidity sales leader for the U.S. western region.

You will drive sales strategy, manage relationships with corporate treasurers, pension funds, and other liquidity investors, and expand the presence of short-duration investment products across institutional and retail clients. You will collaborate with Digital Assets Distribution and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative liquidity solutions and maintain a strong revenue pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of institutional sales experience with corporate finance stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in liquidity management within asset management, banking, or financial services.
• Proven track record of originating, positioning, and closing complex financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Franklin Templeton’s liquidity solutions to institutional investors including corporate treasurers and pension funds.
• Expand the firm’s presence in the US western region through industry forums and associations.
• Deliver the full range of short-term investment solutions to institutional and retail clients in the region.
• Collaborate with Digital Assets Distribution to promote tokenized money market funds.
• Build relationships across distribution channels to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop relationships with banks, MMF portals, and other intermediaries.
• Support and cultivate industry associations and partners.
