Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, commercial, and financial advice for infrastructure capital programs.
• Develop business cases including VfM assessments for public agency clients evaluating major infrastructure investments.
• Advise on funding and financing strategy, including public grants and P3.
• Develop, oversee, and interpret financial models and perform NPV/ROI/IRR analyses.
• Develop contractual documents and procurement strategies for capital projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and support business development.
