Job summary

SECU is seeking a Senior leader to partner across business lines and drive enterprise regulatory initiatives. The role oversees infrastructure, InfoSec, and Shared Services programs with cross-functional scope and a strategic delivery focus.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of leadership experience, plus 2+ years in supervisory roles, and may hold PMP certification. A hybrid work schedule and collaborative environment are offered at SECU.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum direct years of leadership experience: 7+ years with 2+ years in supervisory roles.
• PMP preferred for project delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure, InfoSec, risk, HR, finance and regulatory programs in line with SECU’s strategic plan.
• Drive large-scale, shared-services and regulatory initiatives and align with cross-functional teams.
• Advise executives and stakeholders with transparent program updates and timely communications.
• Lead end-to-end program management to deliver on time and within budget.
• Direct and coach program managers and project managers to build high-performing delivery teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources without direct line supervision for multiple projects.
