Job summary

SECU seeks a senior leader to own enterprise application architecture, standards, and data strategy. The role drives the technology roadmap, solutions architecture, and business relationship management across IT and business lines.

You will oversee transformation, partner with vendors, and mentor the Enterprise Architecture team. Required: bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of direct experience, plus at least 1 year in a supervisory/mentoring role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Minimum 7 direct years of experience, plus 1 year in supervisory/lead role.

Responsibilities

• Develop joint strategic roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture and patterns.
• Drive scalable application project design delivery and reuse of patterns.
• Promote technology innovation and staff training for future readiness.
• Align IT initiatives with SECU business lines and drive organizational change.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to standards.
• Provide direct people management and coaching to the Enterprise Architecture team.
