Job summary

SECU, a premier credit union, seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect leader to drive the enterprise application architecture, standards, patterns, and data strategy. You will shape a technology roadmap, collaborate with business lines, IT, vendors, and partners, and lead transformational initiatives aligned with SECU goals.

The role requires guiding architectural practices, building strong relationships, and coaching a team of architects to deliver impactful solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 7 direct years of experience, plus an additional 1 year in a supervisory, lead or mentor role.

Responsibilities

• Strategy – develop joint strategic roadmaps with business and IT.
• Project Design Delivery – drive scalable architecture designs and reuse patterns.
• Innovation – promote technology innovation and staff training.
• Organizational Alignment – manage relationships and change readiness across IT and business lines.
• Relationship Management – build and maintain vendor partnerships and ensure adherence to standards.
• Management/Coaching – provide direct people management and mentorship to the Architecture team.
