Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise regulatory initiatives across business lines. You will oversee programs spanning infrastructure, information security, risk and shared services, coordinating cross-functional teams and defining timelines to meet strategic goals.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership, plus 2 years in supervisory roles, with PMP preferred and strong MS Office and Jira skills. Hybrid schedule in North Carolina supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum direct years of experience: Leadership experience with 7+ years, plus 2 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Preferred certification: PMP (mentioned)

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure, info security, risk, HR, finance and regulatory programs aligned with SECU’s strategic plan.
• Influence and drive large-scale, shared-service and regulatory initiatives across teams.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders and executive leadership with regular program updates.
