You will lead an implementation team and ensure timely delivery, while aligning executive stakeholders to maximize client satisfaction and value realization.

You will optimize processes, guide change initiatives, and pursue new revenue opportunities across health systems and ambulatory centers nationwide, ensuring scalable, cost-efficient delivery models.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
• PMP preferable, not required.
• 10+ years experience implementing complex, enterprise software in a SaaS environment, 5+ in a customer-facing role.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Implementation team, comprised of project managers and analysts, responsible for all software-based product implementations and service integration activities for new and existing clients.
• Provide leadership and guidance to internal resources and clients for best-possible solution design in a software-based environment, including integration with major HIS and Clearinghouses.
• Represent operational expertise and manage executive relationships with client representatives while ensuring resolution of issues and actionable items.
• Develop and implement processes to plan, track, monitor, and measure the status and effectiveness of the implementation organization, including time to delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage portfolio of process improvement and technology-based projects to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Research potential new revenue streams and propose next steps to management.
• Support sales & marketing with pricing, proposals, and client presentations as needed.
