Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Vice President, Identity & Access Management to lead the enterprise IAM program across workforce, advisor, partner, and privileged identities. This executive will drive security strategy, governance, and modernization to support digital transformation.

You'll partner with the CISO and cross-functional teams, champion Zero Trust, build scalable platforms (Ping Identity, ForgeRock, AD, Entra ID), and lead a large, diverse team to deliver reliable identity services

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience overseeing large IAM programs.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, authentication services, and identity governance.
• Experience with Ping Identity, ForgeRock, AD and Entra ID.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the IAM program.
• Establish multi-year IAM roadmaps aligned to cybersecurity priorities.
• Oversee IAM operations, platform stability, and risk management.
• Drive governance, identity controls, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead modernization efforts across IAM platforms and SSO capabilities.
• Ensure scalability, resiliency, and automation of identity services.
• Oversee Privileged Access Management strategy and governance.
• Foster organizational leadership and budget management.
