Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Vice President of Identity & Access Management to lead the enterprise IAM program, including IGA, PAM, and authentication services. You will drive modernization toward Zero Trust, platform resilience, and compliant identity governance across the organization.

Reporting to the CISO, you will manage a large, distributed team and partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business leaders to align IAM with strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, IS, Engineering or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of IAM concepts including IGA, PAM, SSO and MFA.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed security technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IAM program vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee governance, engineering, and operations for IAM platforms and services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and executive reporting.
