ForceBrands, based in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Growth, Digital Platforms & Media to lead growth and performance marketing, direct-to-consumer initiatives, and full-funnel media. 15+ years of experience across growth, marketing, and e-commerce.
Proven ability to scale DTC businesses and manage large media spend.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with direct-to-consumer, social commerce, and influencer programs.
Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

Own growth and performance marketing strategy across DTC, social, and full-funnel media.
Lead audience strategy, channel investment, measurement and optimization.
Drive DTC growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty.
Oversee media budgets of $50M+ and optimize ROI.
Develop creator and influencer capabilities and partnerships.
Partner with finance, analytics, brand, product, and tech to align growth agenda.
Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team.
