Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Group Delivery Group Lead for the US Transfer Agency team in Boston, MA. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-platform initiatives, align with business goals, and drive enterprise standards across technology, risk, and operations.

You will build roadmaps, coordinate large-scale programs, govern dependencies, and mentor teams while fostering continuous improvement and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years leading complex, multi-team delivery programs.
• Experience delivering cross-platform programs end to end.
• Experience in regulated enterprises, with governance and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-platform initiatives.
• Lead large-scale change initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Build and manage executable roadmaps with timelines and dependencies.
• Oversee PI Planning and cross-platform coordination.
