Job summary

Citi in Tampa, Florida is seeking an IT Quality Group Manager E2E Testing Automation Lead Sr Vice President to lead a multi-region test automation organization. You will drive automation strategy, oversee a central automation team, and collaborate with product, delivery, and operations to ensure high-quality releases across front, middle, and back-office systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/University degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years leading global QE/test teams across multi-region environments.
Experience with modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD at scale.
Direct experience piloting GenAI/AI-based tooling for testing contexts.
Strong knowledge of Web & API test automation and ETL testing.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-region test automation team across front, middle, and back-office applications.
Drive automation strategy and implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with DevOps, TEM, Product, and Operations to deliver high-quality releases.
Advise on GenAI-assisted test generation and test analysis approaches.
Design and maintain modular, reusable test automation frameworks.
