Job summary

Citi in Tampa, Florida seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst to drive architecture, implementation, and operational support of enterprise test management and automation platforms. You will modernize test automation across the global technology ecosystem, architect end-to-end workflows, and embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of hands‑on experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or quality engineering automation in large enterprise or financial services.
• Operational support for enterprise-scale apps with incident management and RCA.
• Experience with disaster recovery, change management, and security practices.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills for complex platform/infrastructure challenges.

Responsibilities

• Platform Engineering & Operational Support: install, configure, administer and support enterprise test management tools.
• Architecture, Workflow & Integration: design end-to-end integration workflows and bidirectional traceability across systems.
• CI/CD & Test Automation Frameworks: embed automated quality gates into pipelines; develop and standardize testing frameworks (BDD, Cucumber, Behave).
• Governance, Risk & Controls: ensure compliance with controls and audit requirements; oversee DR/BCP and risk management.
• Leadership & Collaboration: mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, collaborate across global teams.
