Job summary

Talution Group is seeking a Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide strategic financial leadership across the organization. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, while leading and developing the FP&A team and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Minimum 12 years in accounting, finance, FP&A and financial reporting.
• At least 5 years of management experience leading FP&A.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with financial modeling and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop short- and long-term financial plans.
• Lead annual budgeting process and consolidate executive reports.
• Coordinate budget/strategic planning meetings with senior leadership.
• Maintain forecasts for profitability, performance and cash flow.
• Oversee monthly variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Prepare financial presentations for Board and shareholders.
• Direct FP&A team in models and analyses for business plans.
• Deliver financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee annual compensation planning.
• Mentor FP&A team and promote high performance.
