Job summary

Jefferies seeks an Equity Derivatives Sales professional in New York with 5–7 years of markets experience. You will develop and manage institutional client relationships, generate trade ideas, and deliver derivatives solutions across volatility, hedging, monetization, and portfolio objectives.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in equity derivatives sales, structuring, trading, or a closely related markets role.
Strong understanding of equity derivatives products, pricing concepts, payoff profiles, and risk sensitivities.
Demonstrated ability to cover institutional clients and generate actionable trade ideas.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships across equity derivatives product suite through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
Market a broad range of equity derivatives products including listed, flex and OTC options.
Identify client needs and originate trade ideas, hedging solutions, yield-enhancement strategies, and structured opportunities.
Coordinate pricing requests, trade execution, and post-trade support with traders, legal, and risk teams.
