Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' working experience in financial industries.
• Entrepreneurial drive with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficient in market and product lingo with pricing/models.
• Creative problem solving and willingness to explore new approaches.
• Understanding of risk drivers and market movements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client requests and needs.
• Pitch trade ideas and execute derivative trades.
• Understand drivers of markets and share market color with clients.
• Follow firm's risk policies and regulatory rules.
• Work on flow & exotic equity derivatives, Delta One swaps, cross-asset QIS.
• Prepare deal pitches and post-trade entries.
• Conduct economic market research.
• Identify new client and product opportunities.
