Job summary

Ellit Groups is seeking a Consulting Senior Vice President of Epic Applications to lead the vision and strategy for its Applications service line. You will drive growth, oversee EHR/ERP deployments, and ensure high-quality delivery across healthcare organizations.

Remote role with travel, focusing on strategic BD, client engagements, and thought leadership in Epic and related platforms. Strong leadership and a track record in healthcare IT are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in healthcare IT leadership within health systems or consulting.
• Deep expertise across EHR, ERP, and administrative applications.
• Proven escalation resource for complex delivery issues.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• BD / proposals, client pitches, and account growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue for the Applications Service Line and build a pipeline.
• Lead client engagements, RFPs, scoping, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee delivery quality across EHR, ERP, and admin apps.
• Develop and optimize Service Line offerings and manage P&L.
• Maintain billable consulting involvement and senior client escalation.
• Lead thought leadership and relationships with partner ecosystems.
