Job summary
NorthMark Strategies is seeking a Senior Vice President of Enterprise ERP & Business Systems to own the design, modernization, and future-state architecture of our ERP (D365) and enterprise applications across Finance and Procurement. Reporting to the CFO, this leader will drive a multi-year roadmap turning ERP/FIS into a strategic, automated platform with AI-enabled insights and scalable governance.

Qualifications
- 15-20+ years ERP/financial systems leadership.
- Experience leading multi-system enterprise transformations (D365, Workday, Coupa, OneStream).
- Proven ability to build and lead large teams and multi-million-dollar programs.
- Expertise in ERP modernization, automation, and AI-enabled platforms.
- Strong change management and executive stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Own ERP modernization program across finance and procurement.
- Architect future-ready ERP ecosystem and data architecture.
- Drive automation-first operating model with AI-enabled processes.
- Lead governance, data quality, and master data management.
- Manage budgets and build a high-performing ERP/FIS team.
