Job summary

ITS Logistics seeks a Sr. Vice President, Enterprise Account Management to lead a vertically aligned team of Enterprise Account Managers. You will own growth, retention, and margin performance for ITS’ largest customers, engaging with VP/C-suite executives to drive cross-platform expansion and profitability.

You will set the commercial standard, develop playbooks, and partner with operations, pricing, and carrier teams to deliver on commitments while building a scalable, owner-like culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise account management or commercial logistics leadership.
• Executive presence with VP/C-level interaction.
• Experience managing a large revenue portfolio with margin responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers focused on growth, retention, and profitability across strategic accounts.
• Set and enforce commercial standards: account planning, QBR cadence, pipeline discipline, and cross-sell execution.
• Drive revenue growth through expansion across multiple ITS platforms and managed transportation services.
• Own portfolio P&L and monitor margin trends, load mix, and account-level profitability.
• Build executive relationships with top accounts and partner with leadership on large expansion opportunities.
