You will own the P&L, shape strategy and lead the organization from inception to national scale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building or scaling an electrical construction division.
• Full P&L accountability and strategic leadership.
• Experience with large-scale electrical contractors in data center / mission critical sectors.
• Ability to recruit and develop senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of building the division from the ground up.
• Lead the electrical construction organization and operations.
• Develop business strategy and market position.
• Recruit and develop senior leadership and operating teams.
• Establish processes, systems and infrastructure.
• Build relationships with owners, developers and general contractors.
• Drive revenue, backlog and profitability.
• Position the division as a national powerhouse in electrical construction.
