I’m exclusively partnered with a major player in the US construction industry, delivering some of the country’s most significant infrastructure projects. As demand for hyperscale and mission-critical data center infrastructure continues to accelerate, they are making a major investment into building a best-in-class Electrical Construction Division.

They are looking for a proven Senior Vice President / Business Unit Leader to take ownership of the opportunity and make it their own.

THE MANDATE

You will have the autonomy, resources and executive backing to build the division from the ground up.

This includes:

• Full P&L ownership
• Building and leading the electrical construction organization
• Developing the business strategy and market position
• Recruiting and developing senior leadership and operational teams
• Establishing processes, systems and operational infrastructure
• Developing relationships with major owners, developers and GCs
• Driving revenue, backlog, margin and profitability
• Building a scalable organization capable of executing large-scale hyperscale data center projects
• Ultimately positioning the division to become a national powerhouse in electrical construction

The ambition is significant: Build a leading Electrical Contractor over the next 10 years.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who has already done it.

You may currently be a:

Senior Vice President | Division President | Business Unit Leader | Regional President | VP Operations | Electrical Executive

You'll ideally have a proven track record of:

• Building or significantly scaling an electrical construction division/business unit
• Full P&L and operational accountability
• Leading large electrical construction teams
• Winning and developing major client relationships
• Working within Data Center / Mission Critical construction
• Recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing leadership teams
