Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressively responsible fundraising experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven success cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts and expanding donor relationships.
• Experience developing and implementing comprehensive, multiyear development strategies with measurable revenue and relationship goals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Christian mission alignment preferred.
