Experience building and growing a donor base, ideally in a developing organization.

Responsibilities

Develops fundraising strategies including annual campaigns and capital campaigns.
Cultivates and stewards relationships with donors, sponsors and foundations.
Leads capital campaigns, donor solicitation and goal setting.
Oversees grant proposals and funding applications.
Manages development department budget and financial goals.
Collaborates with marketing for fundraising materials and donor communications.
Manages donor databases and reporting.
Represents YMCA at events and with boards/committees.
Leads advocacy and public relations to enhance visibility.
Engages volunteers in fundraising activities and donor relations.
