Morrison Child and Family Services in Portland, OR, seeks a mission‑driven Vice President of Development to lead fundraising strategy, major gifts, and donor engagement.

Reporting to the CEO, you will expand annual philanthropic revenue from about $1 million toward $2 million+, build a sustainable pipeline, coach a small team, and partner with Board and supporters to advance Morrison's trauma‑informed services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in nonprofit fundraising with major gifts.
• Proven track record securing five- and six-figure gifts.
• Experience leading fundraising teams and CRM-driven moves management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to grow annual philanthropic revenue toward $2 million.
• Lead major gifts, foundation, corporate and annual giving programs.
• Build and manage a donor pipeline with identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Oversee CRM, reporting, and collaboration across departments to align fundraising with programs.
• Represent Morrison at donor meetings and fundraising events.
