Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America seeks a dynamic Senior Vice President of Development Data, Operations, and Technology to lead the strategic direction of donor data, fundraising systems, and analytics. This role unifies PPFA’s data architecture, operations, and technology to support multi‑channel fundraising and grant reporting.

The SVP will build robust data governance, optimize the donor lifecycle, and partner with senior leaders to drive growth, efficiency, and impactful philanthropy

Qualifications

Extensive fundraising operations leadership experience.
Strong data governance and data operations expertise.
Proven ability to translate data into fundraising strategy and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for fundraising data, operations, and technology.
Lead enterprise donor data strategy and governance across PPFA and affiliates.
Manage CRM, data warehouses, BI tooling, and analytics to optimize revenue.
Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and technology investments.
Partner with finance, legal, and IT to ensure compliant, scalable systems.
Drive organizational change and adoption of new tools across a federated nonprofit.
