Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President of Development Data, Operations, and Technology (SVP). As a core member of the Development leadership, you will shape the strategic roadmap for data, systems, and insights that power fundraising across the national office and affiliates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in fundraising operations, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role within a large nonprofit.
• Expertise translating complex data into actionable fundraising strategies and executive reporting.
• Leadership in data governance, data privacy, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for data and technology across PPFA's fundraising.
• Direct enterprise donor data strategy and analytics to inform fundraising.
• Unify development data operations into a cohesive, high‑impact division.
• Oversee budgets, vendor management, and technology investments.
• Partner with finance, legal, and IT to align organizational priorities.
