Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Planned Parenthood Action Fund seek a visionary Senior Vice President of Development Data, Operations, and Technology to lead a 62-person team and shape data, systems, and fundraising analytics for the national office and federation.

The role drives CRM governance, data quality, reporting timeliness, and scalable infrastructure to optimize fundraising performance across channels, ensuring data-informed decision making and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in fundraising operations, with at least 8 in senior leadership in a large nonprofit
• Experience leading enterprise system implementations, CRM transformations and data modernization
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable fundraising strategy and executive reporting
• Leadership of master data management, data governance, and data privacy/compliance reporting

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic roadmap for development data, operations and technology
• Lead ~62 professionals and unify dispersed fundraising systems
• Oversee CRM governance, data quality, analytics, and fundraising reporting
• Drive donor insight, retention, and conversion through data-driven initiatives
• Collaborate with finance and legal to align policies and tools
