Job summary

Bellwether seeks a Vice President of the Debt Team to lead and mentor a talented group of analysts and associates in asset management of commercial real estate debt products. You will develop processes, collaborate with portfolio management and underwriting, and represent the team in client communications.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical excellence in loan analysis, and proactive process improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in asset management, acquisitions, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that manages structured mortgage products, mezzanine loans, and structured debt products.
• Mentor and advise asset management staff and coordinate with portfolio management and underwriting teams.
• Interface with borrowers, consultants, counsel, and senior client professionals on debt asset management matters.
• Develop and implement process improvements to asset management workflows.
