Job summary

The Citco Group Limited seeks a Senior Vice President, Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement to lead the Operations data, reporting and platform strategy for Private Assets, coordinating with IT and the Transformation Office to set requirements and drive delivery.

You will own data quality, lineage and reporting standards, mentor teams including rotational staff, and report progress and benefits realisation to senior stakeholders across Operations, IT and Data Services.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in private assets or similar financial services with data and platform exposure.
• Proven delivery of data, reporting or platform programmes with requirements definition and UAT ownership.
• Strong technical knowledge of private assets accounting and operations and related data.
• Understanding of data models, lineage, controls and reporting architecture.
• Credibility with technology partners to challenge designs and meet delivery dates.
• Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including rotational staff.
• Skill in business planning, budgeting and stakeholder negotiation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics; professional designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda for Private Assets, aligning with IT and Transformation Office.
• Own the Operations view of the data and reporting roadmap, including quality and lineage.
• Set out Operations’ requirements with IT and Transformation Office, then deliver alongside them.
• Lead platform enablement work, ensuring changes are specified, tested and adopted with Operations.
• Establish reporting standards and reusable data products, not one-off extracts.
• Provide data and evidence to quantify problems and realise benefits.
• Coordinate across Operations, IT, Transformation Office, Tactical Operations and Data Services.
• Lead and mentor focus area resources, including rotational colleagues.
• Report progress, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation to senior stakeholders.
