Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in corporate/commercial lending or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of credit underwriting and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, structure, close, and monitor CRE loan opportunities.
• Ensure loan decisions comply with laws and policies.
• Underwrite loans and develop cash flow models.
• Lead credit evaluations, quarterly reports, and risk reviews.
• Mentor CRE analysts and other associates.
• Interface with Stifel divisions and clients.
• Lead various commercial lending projects as needed.
