Job summary

Stifel is seeking a CRE Credit Analyst II to provide analytical support for underwriting, monitoring, and administration of commercial real estate lending relationships. You will analyze borrower financial statements, prepare credit memoranda, and contribute to risk assessment and compliance with credit standards.

Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers to ensure sound credit decisions while developing expertise in CRE lending and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years CRE lending or related finance experience.
• Ability to analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements, cash flow, and collateral.
• Familiar with underwriting standards and credit risk concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze borrower, guarantor, and sponsor financial statements to support underwriting.
• Prepare financial spreads, cash flow analyses, and DSCR calculations.
• Assist in credit approval memoranda, annual reviews, and renewals.
• Analyze CRE collateral, including occupancy and market conditions.
• Support portfolio monitoring through covenant testing and risk rating.
• Gather due diligence materials for underwriting and loan approvals.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers.
• Assist with portfolio reporting and special projects.
