Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Asset Manager Lead to oversee a client’s portfolio post-acquisition, coordinating servicing, transfers, and asset strategies across multiple servicers and trusts.

You will develop portfolio campaigns, prepare customized reporting, and manage projects with the Asset Management Team to drive performance and alignment with client objectives. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in finance/mortgage banking.
• 8+ years of industry experience; AVP level or external equivalent.
• Commercial real estate asset management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio management, servicing oversight, and asset strategy for client portfolios.
• Coordinate with multiple servicers, trusts, and performance initiatives.
• Develop asset level strategies, perform data reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead portfolio campaigns, customized reporting, and project management with the Asset Management Team.
