Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation in Houston seeks an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a client’s portfolio, coordinate servicing with multiple servicers, and drive asset strategies post-settlement.

The role requires strong Excel skills, 8+ years of industry experience (AVP level or equivalent), and a collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset to manage performance and ensure compliance with GSE and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• College degree / training in finance / mortgage banking preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent
• Mortgage / secondary market experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Commercial real estate asset management experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to work well with staff clients if needed
• Strong Excel skills
• Team oriented
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility into the status of every deal in the system
• Coordinate servicing transfer and data reconciliation
• Oversee multiple servicers, trusts, and portfolio initiatives across client accounts
• Define asset level strategies and curative effort post settlement in collaboration with diligence and collateral services teams
• Develop portfolio campaign strategies and customized reporting, and manage project delivery
• Ensure quality and performance of the Asset Management Team
