Job summary

PIMCO Europe Ltd. in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead Counterparty Management & Administration within Legal Operations. You will own global onboarding, trading documentation, KYC, and tax documentation to enable trading across asset classes.

You will collaborate across Portfolio Management, Account Management, Transitions, Collateral, Legal, Compliance, Trading, Operations and Tax, plus manage offshore resources and drive automation to scale onboarding and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with broad asset management experience.
• 10+ years in counterparty onboarding, trading docs, or related finance ops.
• Familiarity with ISDA/CSA/GMRA/MSFTA and related docs.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global end-to-end counterparty onboarding across products and accounts.
• Oversee documentation, ISDA, CSA, MSFTA, and related agreements.
• Coordinate tax, KYC/AML and regulatory reporting setup.
• Escalate complex onboarding issues and drive process improvements.
