• Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field of study.

• Experience with deal structuring, financial modeling, and evaluating M&A, LBOs, and debt/equity financing transactions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles; market research using quantitative methods.
• Experience preparing due diligence reports and consolidating client data from software systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with industry research resources.
