The candidate will partner with senior leadership to enhance balance-sheet integrity, scale systems, and drive automation while guiding senior leaders through change. Compensation ranges from $275,000 to $375,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership in a large organization.
• VP of Finance or Controller experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to lead large multifunctional teams through change.
• CPA preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multifunctional finance operations organization focused on accountability and operational excellence.
• Establish operating priorities, governance, and performance measures for finance operations.
• Build scalable processes and systems to support growth and complexity.
• Provide oversight to technical accounting within the controller function.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting processes.
• Oversee balance-sheet integrity and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Promote use of finance technologies to improve automation and accountability.
