Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
• Big Four and/or life sciences/emerging growth experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting function and ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC, and SOX 404 requirements.
• Oversee financial reporting, including SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Drive ERP integration and streamline financial systems for efficiency.
