Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in St. Louis seeks SVP, Compensation to design and govern our executive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with strategy, regulatory requirements and pay-for-performance.

You will partner with the EVP of Human Resources and the Board's Compensation Committee, oversee disclosures, engage external consultants, and lead governance calendars, plan design, and risk management in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in SEC disclosures, proxy statements, and executive compensation governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Section 409A and Section 16 regulations.
  • Experience partnering with Compensation Committees and external advisors.
  • Ability to translate complex compensation concepts for executives and Board.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation governance for executive programs and related disclosures.
  • Coordinate with EVP HR and the Compensation Committee for materials and agenda.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC requirements, IRC 409A, and banking guidance.
  • Model compensation scenarios and budgets; monitor risk and cost impact.
  • Oversee annual governance calendar and equity compensation plans.
