Moody's is seeking a Senior Communications Strategist to lead enterprise narratives and thought leadership across global customer and strategic communications. The role focuses on translating complex risk, finance, and economic topics into executive-ready content that resonates with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

The role sits within the Reputation Communications team and collaborates with Brand, Marketing, Events, and Digital partners to drive integrated campaigns and strategic

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in communications, PR, content strategy, or integrated marketing.
• Hands-on multi-channel campaign experience, including thought leadership programs.
• Strong project management with multiple workstreams & deadlines.
• Excellent writing with executive-ready content on finance or risk topics.
• Experience with data-driven content and cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiar with current content channels and AI-enabled workflows.
• Hands-on AI experience; awareness of AI risk management.

Responsibilities

• Power the editorial engine—driving content pipelines, cross-functional execution, executive-ready storytelling, and performance insights.
• Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise communications campaigns across the website, case studies, executive content, events, and social channels.
• Execute integrated campaign moments—anchor content, derivatives, and coordinated distribution to build audience and authority over time.
• Support development of research-based content products (reports, surveys, sector case studies) from concept through publication.
• Draft executive thought leadership—bylines, LinkedIn content, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate campaign execution across Brand, Marketing, Events, Digital, and business-unit partners, keeping timelines on track.
• Translate complex risk, finance, and economic topics into clear narratives for C-suite audiences.
• Track and report campaign performance and engagement; inform content decisions with data.
