Job summary

Align Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Lending in Lowell, MA. You will lead the commercial lending function, drive business development, manage significant commercial relationships, and oversee loan structuring and pipeline management. This hybrid role requires 1–2 days on site per week.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, credit risk awareness, and collaboration with risk, operations, and CUSO partners to ensure growth with rigorous credit quality.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive commercial lending experience including leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Hybrid role requiring 1–2 days on site in Lowell, MA.

Responsibilities
