Job summary

Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Lending to manage growth, portfolio quality, and underwriting standards in a hybrid work environment. The role partners with senior committees to ensure policy adherence and strategic risk management.

You will oversee CRE, C&I, and SBA loan portfolios, drive portfolio performance, and lead a team of lenders and analysts toward profitability and member service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in a financial institution at officer/executive level.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and SBA lending; regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership, supervisory and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and audits selected loans to Logix standards.
• Develops lending policies and underwriting criteria to Logix and NCUA standards.
• Oversees loan portfolio performance and regulatory compliance.
• Leads a high-performing team of commercial lenders, credit analysts, and portfolio managers.
• Represents Logix in ALCO and loan committee meetings.
