Job summary

The Tulsa branch of Chubb seeks a Commercial Insurance Manager to lead underwriting, portfolio performance, and multi-line growth. You will own P&L, shape territory strategies, and guide a team of underwriters and specialists to serve brokers, agents, and clients across the area.

In this role you will partner with regional leaders to drive profitability, retention, and market expansion in Technology, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and other sectors, while maintaining disciplined risk governance

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of multi-line underwriting experience with strong P&C knowledge.
• Strong field distribution knowledge (brokers/agents).
• Strong people management and leadership.
• Advanced marketing and sales skills.
• Ability to build strategic relationships.

• Execution and operational decision making.
• Excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for Tulsa Commercial Insurance P&C portfolio with focus on Lower Middle Market and high-margin segments.
• Forecast monthly production, annual plans and pipeline; report to regional/product leadership.
• Develop territory strategies to deepen broker and client relationships.
• Drive growth in Multinational, Environmental, A&H, Marine, Financial Lines with partners.
• Travel within area for broker, client, and team meetings.
