Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Commercial Insurance Manager for the Tulsa branch to lead the underwriting portfolio and drive profitable growth across a multi-line book. This senior leader will own P&L performance, manage an underwriting team, and align strategies with field distribution partners to expand technology, manufacturing, life sciences and food sectors in the region.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of multi-line underwriting experience with strong P&C knowledge and industry practices.
• Strong understanding of field distribution (broker, regional, independent agents).
• Advanced leadership and mentorship capabilities to manage a team of underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L performance for the Commercial Insurance P&C portfolio for the Tulsa branch, including premium, profitability, growth and retention.
• Forecast monthly production, annual plans and pipeline for the Tulsa portfolio, with reporting to regional leadership.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to deepen broker and client relationships and capitalize on local market opportunities.
• Drive growth in specialty lines (Multinational, Environmental, A&H, Marine, Financial Lines) with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead underwriting strategy for new and renewal business with disciplined risk selection and pricing.
