Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of multi-line underwriting experience with strong P&C knowledge.
• Proven leadership in underwriting teams and distribution engagement.
• Advanced marketing and sales skills for growth.
• Ability to build strategic relationships and drive results.
• Demonstrates agility in a dynamic market environment.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for the Commercial Insurance P&C portfolio in Tulsa, including premium, profitability, growth and retention.
• Forecast monthly production, annual plans, and pipeline for the Tulsa portfolio and report to regional leadership.
• Develop territory strategies to deepen broker and client relationships in the area.
• Drive growth in Multinational, Environmental, A&H, Marine, and Financial Lines with cross-sell.
• Lead underwriting strategy for new and renewal business with disciplined risk selection.
• Oversee underwriting quality, file standards, and governance to meet audit and compliance expectations.
• Coach and develop underwriting staff, manage performance, and drive talent development.
• Travel regularly within the area for meetings with brokers, clients, and team.
