Job summary

Verra Mobility seeks a seasoned VP of Software Delivery to own outcomes across Platform, Credential, and Violations portfolios. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, drive multi-year cloud modernization, and ensure customer-centric, high-quality software at scale.

You will advocate for agile, financial discipline, and outcome-driven leadership while aligning teams to strategy and stakeholder expectations, supporting safe city and mobility initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering or technology delivery leadership
• 6+ years at senior director/VP level leading multiple teams
• Strong ability to tie feature delivery to business outcomes
• Demonstrated financial acumen to defend roadmaps
• Experience with mobility, tolling, or government tech is preferred

Responsibilities

• Champion Agile practices and delivery cadence across three portfolios
• Mentor portfolio leaders to ensure technical and business alignment
• Manage budget across three portfolios and make trade-offs between run, migrate, and build
• Defend cloud modernization strategy and Strangler pattern migrations
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability for cloud-native systems
