Job summary

WellSky in Overland Park, KS seeks a Sr. Solution Manager to own the full lifecycle of WellSky solutions from inception to delivery within the Connected Networks team, focusing on the post-acute space.

You will translate client needs into roadmaps, collaborate with leadership to set priorities, and drive go-to-market plans while leveraging AI tools to optimize decisions and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of solution lifecycle from inception to delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to scope the solution roadmap and collateral.
• Collaborate with leadership to create the roadmap across domains.
• Translate client requests into design and requirements with cross-domain dependencies.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, professional services, and client experience.
• Set development priorities based on goals, timelines, and client commitments.
• Plan and execute go-to-market activities with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate strategic direction and partner opportunities, including AI integrations.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making and workflows.
