Banner Health in Phoenix seeks a Senior Vice President, Clinical Advancement, to lead enterprise efforts to enhance care delivery through innovative technology and digital solutions. You will partner with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to implement best practices and telemedicine expansion.

The role requires a master’s degree and a track record of large-scale technology deployments, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive collaboration across a complex health system.

Formación

• Master’s degree in business, Health Services Administration, or related field and ten years of managerial experience, including at least five years in senior management within a major health care organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical advancement implementation across inpatient, ED, ambulatory, and telehealth settings.
• Drive clinical consensus groups and technology enablement for physicians, nurses, APPs, and other care providers.
• Identify and deploy technologies to improve clinician experience and patient care quality and safety.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and performance targets to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
• Develop partnerships and policies to maintain high-reliability standards and telemedicine expansion.
