Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 5+ years progressive managerial experience
• Healthcare system leadership experience
• Budgeting and financial planning capability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site ambulatory clinics and staff, 80+ clinical/non-clinical personnel.
• Lead contract management, onboarding, credentialing and revenue cycle oversight.
• Drive strategy for growth, new site acquisitions and program development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality initiatives.
