Citco is seeking a senior leader for its Private Assets fund accounting team in Dallas, TX, to oversee NAV calculations, expense reviews, and client deliverables. The role emphasizes leadership, technical accounting proficiency, and collaboration across global Citco teams.

You will guide staff, manage complex fund structures, and drive efficiency initiatives within a hybrid work setting in Park Central 7, Dallas. A CPA/CFA or equivalent and PE accounting experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or professional accounting designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA).
• 8+ years public/private equity accounting experience.
• Proven leadership experience, VP level or equivalent preferred.
• Strong negotiation, business planning, margin analysis and technical accounting skills.
• Knowledge of waterfall structures, modelling and calculations.
• Track record of large-scale business/technology reengineering in PE/hedge funds.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and other bases of accounting.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team; project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a team of managers and staff to meet client SLAs.
• Oversee end-to-end fund accounting operations and NAV calculations.
• Review fund expenses, admin/management fees, carried interest and allocations.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external/regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Tax, Financial Reporting and Citco groups globally.
• Onboard new clients and integrate them into the team; recruit as needed.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the department.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to clients and oversee audits.
