Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale client engagements with $25M+ revenue and 30–50+ professionals.
• Build executive-level client relationships and ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle strategies that drive retention and growth.
• Lead multi-channel programs and align CRM, digital and owned channels.
• Collaborate with Strategy to define lifecycle approaches and optimization opportunities.
• Guide teams on customer strategy, messaging, and campaign execution.
• Partner with Analytics, Technology and Data to leverage insights and improve personalization.
